Sales Operations Analyst

Swoop is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to add to our highly visible, client-facing team. This role is critical to evaluating, improving, and executing core business processes, and requires a proactive problem solver with advanced data analytics skills who can accurately curate, prepare and model data to uncover creative solutions that support business partners and the sustainable growth of the company. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with finance and department leaders to manage overall sales operations, including daily, monthly, and quarterly revenue reporting and analysis, and prepare related schedules and dashboards for the company’s performance reviews. You’ll also provide thoughtful reconciliation and analysis to identify projections, exceptions, and trends in client and business partner activity to provide meaningful insights to all stakeholders, as well as support internal groups with timely input and ad hoc analysis to move the business forward

You have a bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field with 2+ years of professional experience working as an Analyst or within a similar quantitative capacity, as well as a strong analytical disposition with high attention to detail, accuracy, and organization. A background in Digital Media with LiveRamp knowledge a plus, as is experience in various data tools and ERP systems (Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.). A proactive and passionate person who can multitask, think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment, can calmly manage time sensitive duties, and possesses excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills is highly desired.

Digital Media Specialist

Swoop is seeking an experienced digital media professional to add to our highly-visible, client-facing operations team. You’ll assist in building audience segments for programmatic advertising campaigns, coordinate pre-launch configuration (create/test pixels, upload creatives, prepare segments, etc.) and own campaign cadence and performance. You’ll also optimize and deliver strategic analysis of campaigns, collaborate with a variety of programmatic media technologies, including DSPs, DMPs, etc., assist the sales team in developing comprehensive proposals and presentations, and collaborate with the technology team to enhance capabilities and improve internal processes. 

You have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3 to 5 years experience in programmatic advertising, agency. A strong background in the digital media marketplace and direct experience working with DSPs, DMPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, etc. will be necessary as will advanced data analytics skills with experience preparing, manipulating and modeling data. We seek a problem-solver who can work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, a proactive communicator with the ability to manage Fortune 500 account relationships, and a collaborative, team player who wants to learn. Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred and LiveRamp experience a plus.
