Client Finance Manager

Swoop is hiring a Client Finance Manager to expand our nimble Finance team and provide our business partners with new levels of support and guidance.  The Finance Manager will be a close partner and advisor to our Sales leadership, Legal counsel and account team.  The candidate will manage all financial aspects of the business segment and maintain client contracts and scope of work development, revenue recognition, revenue forecasts and critical management reporting.  We seek a proactive problem solver and empathetic communicator who is passionate about fostering collaborative relationships.  This role is ideal for someone with a strong financial background who is eager to continuously improve processes and maximize efficiency for the utmost benefit of our business partners and customers.

This role oversees SOW reviews for core Legal and Finance considerations while simultaneously working cross-functionally to ensure all financial elements of the client relationship are managed, tracked and monitored in line with the scope of work. You'll also assist with recurring monthly and quarterly reporting, budgeting and forecasting in partnership with department leaders. This role manages performance dashboards and reconciles client revenue activity versus projections to develop informed variance analysis and insightful recommendations. And lastly, this role supports internal partners with timely input and ad hoc analysis to keep the business moving forward briskly and smoothly while leading special projects and improvements to existing processes as the company continues to grow and scale.

You have a bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or a relevant field with  5+ years of professional experience in Client/Corporate Finance with strong understanding of a professional services organization. A strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting processes, controls and compliance in addition to confidence in reviewing and negotiating client contracts with internal and external stakeholders is necessary. Experience in various data applications and ERPs (Excel, Looker, QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.) is encouraged.  Must have the ability to calmly manage and prioritize time sensitive duties, as well as possess and exercise sound judgement and a high level of integrity as an independent contributor and leader. Client Finance Analyst

Swoop is hiring a Client Finance Analyst to add to our nimble Finance team. You will work cross-functionally with our Sales and Client Services groups to take charge of our day-to-day revenue operations with a meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to organization. The Client Finance Analyst will play a pivotal role in executing our core business processes and will be responsible for managing various areas including revenue operations, performance reporting, financial analysis and forecasting. You are dedicated to ensuring all client finance and revenue processes are accurately executed to support and enable your business partners. We seek a proactive problem solver with advanced analytics skills who can prepare and manipulate data to uncover meaningful insights and impactful efficiencies. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytics and financial background who is passionate about supporting the foundations of a thriving business.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Own all daily revenue operations including accurate project setup and delivery tracking, including the maintenance and design of critical reports.
● Assist with recurring monthly reporting and forecasting in partnership with department leaders - developing and managing performance dashboards and reconciling client account activity to projections and anticipated business developments.
● Collaborate cross-functionally to gather data and prepare related schedules and dashboards for the company’s monthly and quarterly performance reviews.
● Work with Accounting to ensure clients are billed in accordance with work order specifications.
● Provide thoughtful modeling and analysis to identify efficiencies and understand fluctuations in client account activity to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
● Support internal partners with timely input and ad hoc analysis to keep the business moving forward.
● Suggest new methods or improvements to existing processes as the company continues to grow and scale.


QUALIFICATIONS
● Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance / Accounting or a relevant field
● 2+ years of professional experience in Client Finance/FP&A or related Analytics function
● Foundational knowledge of GAAP, accounting processes, controls and compliance
● Background in Digital Media and Ad Operations a plus
● Experience in various data applications and ERPs (Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.)
● Able to confidently and calmly manage time sensitive duties
● Strong analytical disposition with high attention to detail, accuracy and organization

Digital Media Specialist

Swoop is seeking an experienced digital media professional to add to our highly-visible, client-facing operations team. You’ll assist in building audience segments for programmatic advertising campaigns, coordinate pre-launch configuration (create/test pixels, upload creatives, prepare segments, etc.) and own campaign cadence and performance. You’ll also optimize and deliver strategic analysis of campaigns, collaborate with a variety of programmatic media technologies, including DSPs, DMPs, etc., assist the sales team in developing comprehensive proposals and presentations, and collaborate with the technology team to enhance capabilities and improve internal processes. 

You have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3 to 5 years experience in programmatic advertising, agency. A strong background in the digital media marketplace and direct experience working with DSPs, DMPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, etc. will be necessary as will advanced data analytics skills with experience preparing, manipulating and modeling data. We seek a problem-solver who can work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, a proactive communicator with the ability to manage Fortune 500 account relationships, and a collaborative, team player who wants to learn. Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred and LiveRamp experience a plus.
