His background includes Goal.com, the premiere online soccer media company, where he served as CEO; Bessemer Ventures, where he acted as partner and led numerous investments in advertising, wireless and new media; and Octave Communications, where he served as CEO.

Sim brings years of experience as a founder, investor and tech executive to his role as CTO and co-founder of IPM.ai. He has been involved in founding companies such as Ghostery, Thing Labs and FastIgnite, has sat on numerous Boards of Directors, and is generally recognized as a leading voice in digital media and artificial intelligence.
Jonathan Woodring

Jonathan has spent the last 15+ years of his career building high performing teams and companies in the healthcare and life sciences industries, with a passion for driving commercial innovation in the intersection of data proliferation and technological advancement. At IPM.ai, his team’s current focus is around artificial intelligence and machine learning with a focus in specialty markets, rare disease, and Oncology.

As a thought leader in the space, Jonathan is a regular presenter at leading industry conferences—most recently at Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), as well as at the Pharmaceutical Management Science Association (PMSA) and National Organization for Rare Disease (NORD)—on the topic of leveraging de-identified patient level data and machine learning to identity undiagnosed rare disease patients, and improving healthcare outcomes.

Graham Jones
Graham JonesDirector of Client Engagement
Graham serves as IPM.ai’s Director of Client Engagement, developing and delivering strategies to address all client business questions in close partnership with client stakeholders, and all relevant IPM and Swoops domain experts. Graham has a 20+ year career in the commercial Pharma sector, with 15+ years of consulting experience with Pharma commercial and R&D stakeholders. Following his postdoctoral career in eukaryotic biochemistry and cell biology, Graham spent 7+ years leading decision analytics and strategy efforts within the R&D organizations of Wyeth, and then Pfizer, driving net positive ROI org change and scientific enhancement initiatives designed to keep R&D at the cutting edge. More recently, Graham has focused on delivery excellence within the client-facing Pharma consulting sector, leading forecasting, market research, and target analytics engagements.

Daniel brings years of experience building marketing organizations within early- to mid-stage technology companies to his role as Marketing VP for IPM.ai. In his career, he has been the first marketing hire for a half dozen companies and is an expert in utilizing digital and traditional marketing tactics to underpin cutting-edge businesses’ commercialization efforts.
Julie Gubitosa
Julie GubitosaDirector of Integraiton & Analytics
Julie is the Director of Integration and Analytics for IPM.ai. She is responsible for client management, data onboarding, data strategy, and overall methodology. Julie has been working with de-identified healthcare data assets for over 12 years with expertise in transactional and specialty pharmacy data. Julie started her career working for a subsidiary of IBX in claims adjudication, and thus has extensive knowledge in medical coding and re-imbursement nuance. Prior to IPM.ai, Julie worked at Symphony Health in the Commercial Effectiveness practice supporting Patient Finding engagements with the leaders in the Oncology and Rare Disease Space.
Andrea Lacianca

Andrea has spent her 20+ year career focused in data and analytics in the pharma industry. Currently, Andrea leads business development efforts for IPM.ai across the US. Prior to joining IPM.ai, Andrea was a Senior National Account Director at Symphony Health Solutions. She was committed to helping Symphony return to profitability (ultimately leading to the successful sale to PRA Health in 2017) and was a key member of the East Coast Sales team, achieving President’s Club in both 2016 and 2017. Prior to Symphony, Andrea held roles of increasing responsibility at marketRx (later Cognizant Technology Solutions); Johnson & Johnson (Centocor focused on Remicade); and IMS Health, where she began her career.
Steve Lamb

Steve has more than 9 years’ experience as a consultant in the pharma/biotech industry, primarily in the San Francisco Bay Area, with a focus on patient and revenue forecasting/modeling. Steve’s experience spans early pipeline, prelaunch and inline issues including indication prioritization, opportunity assessments, M&A due diligence, customer segmentation/targeting and a range of other forecasting-related topics. Prior to joining IPM.ai, Steve spent three years at a large, pharma-focused management consulting firm, and six years with the management consulting arm of a large healthcare data aggregator.

Sonny Dalal has spent 15+ yrs of his career in Sales & Business Development exclusively within the Life Sciences Industry. As a commercial leader, he helps companies realize the promise of blending commercial and clinical data, technology, analytics and insights to make precision medicine a reality, drive sales and improve health outcomes. His experience in life sciences is both broad and deep, supporting the growth of large organizations helping to build their life sciences practices; as well leading and driving sales for emerging venture backed organizations scaling them to new heights and successful exits. Most recently he was with SHYFT Analytics where he drove its growth from a $5 million firm to $25 million, adding 15 + new logos and supported its ultimate sale at a high valuation.
Nitin Choudhary

Nitin has 14+ years of experience working in consulting & analytics focused on pharma sales and marketing. He has worked extensively in Specialty, Oncology and Rare Disease. At IPM.ai, he is leveraging cutting edge Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to solve complex problems across pharma commercial deployment processes. He helps big as well as emerging pharma clients in designing and execution of strategic engagements leveraging integrated patient level data. Over the years, Nitin has continuously worked to the enhance awareness around patient centric analytics leveraging integrated data in the market place through speaking engagements, client meetings, and publications.
